WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOU FIRST SOUND BATH- SPOILER ALERT : YOU LITERALLY JUST LAY THERE

"Is everyone going to chant?" Do I need to know how to meditate?" "I'm not good at yoga etc is that ok?".
YOU DONT NEED TO DO ANYTHING
SERIOUSLY
No experience
No flexibility
No spiritual CV REQUIRED
A sound bath is basically permission to stop performing, stop rushing and let yourself fully switch off for once WILD I know. They create a dedicated space to slow down, pause and allow your nervous system a chance to settle
Finding genuine moments of stillness can feel almost impossible
YES... BUT WHAT ACTUALLY IS IT
Despite the name, a sound bath doesn't involve you sitting in a bath.... although you may feel like your floating by the end. It's an immersive experience where different instruments create layers of sound, tone and vibrations
Rather than actively listening like you would a song, you're invited to simply receive the sounds and allow your mind and body to settle.
ARRIVE - GET COSY
When you arrive, you'll choose your little relaxation spot and make your cosy nest
Bring anything that makes you cosy, any blankeys, pillows, snuggly socks, eyemask, comfy clothes! I ACCEPT PYJAMAS I respect the commitment, ooo hot water bottle if you fancy.
Hydrate - Bring a water bottle
You'll lie down, settle in and allow your body to move from "I have 400 TABS open in my BRAIN" mode into "okay, okay.... maybe I can relax now" mode.
What happens now
Once everyone is chill, I'll guide you into relaxation before surrounding you with layers of sound
WITH

Crystal singing bowls- dreamy calming vibrations
Tibetan bowls- grounding soothing tones
Gongs- deep waves of sound you can feel through your body
Chimes- delicate and peaceful
Percussion instruments- gentle vibration creators
The sounds wash around you, giving your busy brain something to focus on, think meditation....but without having to fight your thoughts every 5 seconds
WHAT MIGHT I FEEL?
Everyone experiences sound differently
You might

Feel deeply relaxed
Drift on and off
Notice sensations in your body
Have random thoughts appear and disappear
Feel emotional release
Finally unclench your jaw (HA you just checked didn't you?)
And yes... you are allowed to fall asleep
People do.
No judgement if you snore, twitch, drool, grunt, Your body will do what your body needs to do.
WHO'S IT REALLY FOR
Sound baths are perfect for
Burnt out humans
Overthinkers
The overstimulated
People who need time away from SCREENS
Stressed parents
Busy Brains
The ones who struggle to slow down
The people who survive on caffeine and questionable life choices
Humies who just want to CHILL OUT
BASICALLY.... ALL HUMANS

After your Session
YOU MAY FEEL
Calm, sleepy, lighter, peaceful maybe emotional. LIKE YOU JUST HAD A FULL BODY RESET Take it slow, drink water and thank yourself for giving yourself permission to pause
SHOW UP GET COSY GET CALM AF
